Remove players from your session roster.

Step-by-step:

  1. 1Go to session player list
  2. 2Find the player you want to remove
  3. 3Click the three-dot menu next to their name
  4. 4Select "Remove Player"
  5. 5Choose reason (optional)
  6. 6If they paid, decide whether to refund
  7. 7Confirm - player receives notification

Refund Handling

When removing paid players, consider your refund policy.

💡 Tips & Best Practices:

  • •Full refund if player cancels early
  • •Partial refund if within 24 hours
  • •No refund for no-shows (communicate this upfront)
  • •Always refund if YOU cancel the session
  • •Process refunds immediately to maintain trust

Waitlist Promotion

When you remove a player, the next person on the waitlist is automatically notified if auto-promotion is enabled.
