Add a Guest
Allow players to bring guests who don't have paddlX accounts.
Non-User Attendance
Guests are players who attend your session but don't have paddlX accounts yet.
Adding a Guest
Let registered players bring friends or family.
Step-by-step:
- 1Go to session player list
- 2Click "Add Guest"
- 3Enter guest name and optional email
- 4Link guest to the registered player bringing them
- 5Set guest payment status if applicable
- 6Guest appears in player count
- 7They won't receive paddlX notifications
Guest Policies
Set clear guest rules for your sessions.

- •Allow 1 guest per registered player
- •Charge same or discounted rate for guests
- •Require guest names 24 hours in advance
- •First-time guest is free, then must register
- •Count guests toward player limit
Converting Guests
Encourage guests to create paddlX accounts to fully participate. Offer incentive like "Join paddlX and get your next session free."
